Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for our real estate photography and media services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited once work has been completed or time has been reserved.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable travel fees, if applicable).

Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling follows our Booking Policy. Fees may apply depending on timing and responsibility. Any travel fees from missed or rescheduled appointments are non-refundable.
4. After Service Completion
Once photos or media have been captured, refund requests may be denied.
If a request is approved under reasonable circumstances:

Refunds will be partial

Travel fees and cancellation fees are non-refundable
5. Property Condition
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction caused by the condition or readiness of the property at the time of the shoot. By booking, the client accepts responsibility for ensuring the property is photo-ready.
6. Incomplete or Unfulfilled Services
If we are unable to complete a service due to:

Technical issues on our end, or
-
Circumstances outside the control of all parties
A full or partial refund will be issued for the affected service.
7. Drone Services
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations and airspace restrictions.
If drone services cannot be completed due to restricted airspace or lack of authorization:

The drone portion will be fully refunded
8. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable:

Travel fees
-
Cancellation fees
-
Services already completed (unless otherwise approved)
9. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
